This online shop is intended exclusively for customers within the European Union (EU).
3. Handmade Production & Introductory Phase
As a young and actively developing business, our products are currently produced in an early artisan manufacturing phase.
This means that minor visual variations or small surface textures may naturally occur — these are not defects, but a characteristic of genuine handmade craftsmanship.
To show appreciation for your trust during this early phase, selected products may be offered at introductory or reduced pricing.
Such minor aesthetic variations do not justify refunds or reclamations as long as quality, safety and performance are unaffected.
4. Contract Formation
A purchase contract is concluded once you complete the checkout process and receive a confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional cases, e.g. suspected fraud or unexpected stock issues.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices shown include applicable EU VAT.
Payment is made securely during checkout via external payment providers such as MobilePay, PayPal or credit card.
We do not store or process payment data on our own servers.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively within the European Union (EU).
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order — without giving any reason.

8. Warranty & Liability
You are legally entitled to warranty rights under applicable EU regulations.
However, the following do not qualify as defects:
- handmade production-related natural variations
- slight aesthetic irregularities during early production refinement
- damage caused by improper handling or storage by the customer
Our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of product and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

All images, branding, text and design elements on this website are the intellectual property of Gysa Glow Candles and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark and the European Union.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your EU country of residence remain unaffected.
